Unrestricted First (La Première) and Business Class (Affaires) Fares
La Première and Affaires fares allow you to change your travel dates and flights without penalty.
Unrestricted Economy Class (Premium Voyageur and Voyageur) : allow you to travel on selected dates. You can change your ticket at an Air France Office or request a refund.
Restricted Economy Class fares (Premium Voyageur and Voyageur): are our lowest rates which are subject to limited availability. Booking on the website
Air France Australia will accept bookings for departures as early as 72 hours through 11 months from today´s date.

Ticket use
The fare is applicable for a ticket used fully, in sequential order for the specified journey and on the specified dates. As outlined in the General Conditions of Carriage, any non-compliant use noticed on the day of travel may incur an additional fixed-rate fee at the airport for the amount of:
- for flights in Europe (including Metropolitan France and Corsica) € 125 in Economy and €300 in Business;
- for intercontinental flights € 500 in Economy and Premium Economy and € 1.500 in Business and La Première (or the equivalent in the local currency).
- for flights in Europe (including Metropolitan France and Corsica) € 125 in Economy and €300 in Business;
- for intercontinental flights € 500 in Economy and Premium Economy and € 1.500 in Business and La Première (or the equivalent in the local currency).

- Definitions
Beneficiary – an individual who accepts an Offer.
Communication – the communication by Air France (or a partner duly authorized by Air France) accompanying the Offer addressed to the Beneficiary.
General Conditions – the terms and conditions specified in this document, as well as any other conditions specified in the Communication accompanying the Offer.
Offer – a discount offer (expressed as a value or as a percentage reduction) offered by Air France to the Beneficiary towards the value of an Air France airline ticket pursuant to these General Conditions.
Website – means www.airfrance.com.au. - Purpose
These General Conditions contain the terms and conditions governing the use of an Offer by the Beneficiary. Please read these General Conditions carefully, because if you accept the Offer, you:
- agree to be bound by these General Conditions; and
- acknowledge that you have read and understood these General Conditions. Failure to comply with these General Conditions voids this Offer. - Eligibility
The Offer is addressed exclusively to one Beneficiary and may only be used by that person. - Conditions of access
Only an Offer sent directly by Air France (or by a partner duly authorized by Air France) is valid. No other offer, whether obtained from an Internet email exchange, resale website or otherwise, is valid. - Value of the Offer
The value of the Offer is expressed as a dollar value or as a percentage reduction off the cost of an Air France ticket. In the latter case, the percentage reduction applies to the price of the ticket before taxes, excluding service charges and excluding surcharges. - Conditions of validity
The Offer only applies to the purchase of a single return trip ticket on Air France flights, available from the Website, issued in the form of an e ticket and corresponding to the description set out in the Communication.The description of the Offer as specified in the Communication sets out the restrictions relating to the individual return trip ticket. In particular, you should note the following matters:
- the period during which the Offer is valid;
- period of booking;
- period of departure;
- period of return;
- minimum before-tax, excluding service charges and excluding surcharges, price of the ticket before application of the Offer;
- airlines operating the flights;
- airlines marketing the flights;
- airports, cities, countries or regions of departure or destination;
- the Website from which you must subscribe to the Offer;
- class of travel.
Air France will endeavour to ensure that the Offer is available on a variety of flights, but it will not be held responsible if some flights are already closed to bookings. The Offer does not apply to:
- flight segments not eligible for e-tickets;
- tickets purchased as part of a "plane + hotel" package. - Period of validity
The Offer expires when a booking is made using this Offer. This Offer may not be exchanged or reimbursed. In the event of a change in the travel dates after use of the Offer, the Beneficiary will lose the benefit of the Offer and the Offer may not be applied again to the new dates of travel. In the event of cancellation of the trip, for any reason whatsoever, Air France will not refund the Offer.Unless otherwise specified in the Communication, the Offer is valid for use within 1 month of its issuance and for travel times within 1 year of its issuance. - Single use
The Offer may be used only one time by the Beneficiary. - Place of registration
The Offer may only be used on the Website specified in the Communication – that is www.airfrance.com.au. Non reimbursement of the Offer The Offer has no face value; it may only be used in accordance with these General Conditions. Under no circumstances may the Offer be exchanged for money or its equivalent.The Offer may not be sold or given away by the Beneficiary or by a third party, nor reimbursed. - Non-retroactivity of the Offer
The Offer may not be applied retroactively and in no circumstances will it be applied to any flights which are already booked and/or paid for and/or made. Non accrual of promotions Unless otherwise specified, the Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or Offer. - Availability of the Offer on the Internet
You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing the Website does not expose you to risk of viruses, malicious computer codes or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system. Air France takes no responsibility for any damage or loss which arises in connection with your use of the Website. Your acceptance of the Offer should not be construed by you as evidence that you have complied with these General Conditions. Air France has the ability to void the Offer if you have not complied with these General Conditions. - Fraudulent use of the Offer
The Offer may not be transferred to a third party or reproduced in any form whatsoever, unless Air France has provided its prior written approval. Air France reserves the right to take all appropriate legal measures if it becomes aware of a fraudulent use of the Offer. - Modification of the present General Conditions of Use
Air France reserves the right, at any time, to modify these General Conditions as it sees fit. The Beneficiary will be informed of any modifications to these General Conditions by means of a notice of "Change in the General Conditions of Use" which will be posted on the Website. - Miscellaneous
These General Conditions annul and replace all preceding conditions.
CONDUCT ABOARD AIRCRAFT
The Passenger is informed that in the event of a breach of Article 15 (Conduct aboard aircraft) of General Conditions of Carriage and in accordance with the provisions of their Article 9 (Refusal and limitation of carriage), he may be registered on a list of persons subject to a travel banning aboard the Air Carrier's aircraft under the Authorisation n°2016-240 by the CNIL (French data protection authority).
