For flights operated by Air France, Joon or KLM: If you have already made a claim for which you received a reference number, please do not submit a new form for the same request.
If your request concerns a flight operated by HOP! and your flight number begins with A5 (e.g. A51234), please submit your claim on the HOP! website.
If your flight is operated by HOP! but your ticket shows an Air France flight number (e.g. AF1234), please contact us via completing our online claim form:

Please clearly state your name, postal address, and contact details, your flight number and travel cabin. If you are a Flying Blue member or a frequent flyer of one our SkyTeam partners, please include your member number and tier level.
Please also include supporting documents with your letter: ticket receipt, boarding pass, original itemized receipts, etc.
If your flight departed from or arrived in the United States, you may submit a claim to the U.S. Department of Transportation:
