Fares quoted normally include all taxes, except where taxes are collected locally at airport check-in.
Unrestricted First (La Première) and Business Class (Affaires) Fares
La Première and Affaires fares allow you to change your travel dates and flights without penalty.
Unrestricted Economy Class (Premium Voyageur and Voyageur) : allow you to travel on selected dates. You can change your ticket at an Air France Office or request a refund.
Restricted Economy Class fares (Premium Voyageur and Voyageur): are our lowest rates which are subject to limited availability. These fares can carry substantial restrictions, such as an advance purchase requirement, a minimum and/or maximum stay requirement, penalties linked to changes, non refundable status and non-eligibility for infant and child discounts. Important: These conditions vary according to destination and period of travel. Booking on the website
Air France Australia will accept reservations for departures as early as 72 hours through 11 months from today´s date.
If you wish to travel within the next 3 days, please call our Reservations Center: Reservation number for all customers:1300 390 190 (toll free). Opening hours from Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm.
You can make up to 6 bookings per day. In each booking, you can book six passengers plus a maximum of 6 infants, provided that each infant travels on an adult´s lap. Infants are younger than two years old and must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
Air France informs its passengers that, for flight safety and for reasons pertaining to national security, all international airlines including Air France, are obliged by US law to provide US Customs with access to all data concerning their passengers in their reservation systems. All personal information you provide when booking your flight, including itinerary, flight and in-flight services, will be directly accessible by US authorities.
Payment method and delivery
Tickets are sent via regular mail unless the departure date is very near in which case the ticket will be sent by courrier service on routes not eligible for E-ticketing.
For most routes, e-ticketing is available and is compulsory for all web bookings.
Payment options:
- Credit card: we accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express. A credit card surcharge of A$20 applies per ticket and is non refundable.
- Payment by phone: you can choose the option to call our Web assistance at 1300 390 190 (toll free) to process the payment within 3 days. Please note the opening hours : Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm
- Payment on hold: you can choose to put your reservation on hold for 3 days. By choosing this option, you will be able to retrieve and process the payment online under "Manage your reservations".
- Bank transfer: you can choose the bank transfer option to process your payment. Kindly process the bank transfer within 3 days from the date of booking. All bank details are available on the payment page. Once payment is received within deadline, your eticket will be issued automatically.
Use of tickets in sequence
To be accepted for travel, all tickets (including electronic tickets) must be used in full and in the sequential order of the coupons, in accordance with Article III paragraph 3 of Air France´s general conditions of carriage, except with the carrier´s prior consent.
