Boarding pass on cell phone
No more paper!
Receive your boarding pass on your cell phone.

Air France offers a new, innovative service for flights between Paris and Amsterdam.

When you check in via mobile Internet, you can now receive your boarding pass directly on your cell phone or PDA, allowing you to save even more time at the airport!

Who is this service for?

Are you traveling between Paris and Amsterdam on an Air France or KLM flight? Do you have access to mobile Internet?

You can benefit from this service if:

  • you have a direct flight (no connecting flight),
  • you have an Air France or KLM electronic ticket (number starting 057 or 074),
  • your ticket does not require the presentation of supporting ID documents (youth, student, family, couple fares, etc.),
  • your reservation is made in your name (you are not traveling as part of a group or with a baby).

You can use this service whatever your mobile operator or telephone type (wap1, wap2, PDA).

How can I receive my boarding pass?

1 / Check in via mobile Internet:

  • Go to http://mobile.airfrance.com using your cell phone Internet browser any time from 30 hours before the departure of your flight and up to the check-in deadline,
  • Click on “check in on my flight”,
  • Identify yourself,
  • Confirm or modify your seat,
  • Select OK to confirm your check-in.

2 / Once you have checked in, choose how you wish to receive your boarding pass:

  • by SMS or MMS on your cell phone,
  • by e-mail on your PDA.

3 / A few seconds later, you will receive an SMS*, MMS or e-mail with a barcode and all of the information shown on a traditional boarding pass:

  • your first and last names,
  • flight number and date,
  • departure and destination city,
  • seat number,
  • class,
  • departure time and gate number.

*If you choose SMS, the information will be sent in two separate messages: the first SMS will contain a link to the barcode, the second SMS will contain your personal information.

4 / At the airport, show the messages on your mobile phone or PDA:

  • at the baggage drop counter if you are traveling with baggage,
  • at the security checkpoint,
  • at the entrance to the airport lounge, if relevant,
  • during boarding and at the entrance to the aircraft.

If you forget your cell phone or PDA, or if you delete your barcode by mistake, you can collect your boarding pass at a Self-Service Kiosk or at an Air France check-in counter.
