"A la carte" meals especially for you
- The menu is created for you by Guy Martin – chef at the celebrated Grand Véfour restaurant in Paris and "art of living" consultant for Air France.
- The wine list has been selected by Olivier Poussier – named world´s best sommelier in 2000. We also offer our special reserve champagne, liqueurs, a selection of nine finest-quality teas and herbal infusions, as well as a menu of different waters.
- Meals are served on tables set with large white Venetian-style placemats and matching napkins.
- The tableware is fine white china, and glasses and cutlery carry the Air France insignia.
- Our à la carte meal service gives you a great deal of freedom: choose when you would like to dine during the flight and select the menu items as you wish.
Drinks, apéritifs and hors d´œuvres whet your appetite before your main meal. Next we offer you: - a choice of three appetizers, - a choice of four hot main courses served directly to your plate, including a chef´s special that is renewed every 10 days, - bread basket: baguette, rolls, Poilâne bread, - selection of cheeses "Plateau de France", - dessert cart with individual pastries, sorbet, petit fours and fruit basket, - espresso service at your seat, - individual tea service.
